Born in 2024, the Exeter Future Leaders Summit is a one-day conference hosted at the University of Exeter, bringing together 300+ students and 15+ industry leaders for a day of panels, workshops and networking.

The Summit was created to give students direct access to industry leaders and a clearer understanding of what different career paths actually look like. Rather than polished success stories, speakers share real experiences, challenges and lessons learned, giving students practical insight they can relate to. The aim is for attendees to leave feeling more informed, confident and better connected, with ideas and advice they can use as they plan their next steps.
